Delivery Charges ... Please ignore delivery charges for

Most orders placed before 1:00pm (Monday-Thurday) are dispatched the same day, subject
to stock availability and security checks. Orders placed outside of this time are
processed the following working day. Please note that with Custom designed products
there may be a delay in the dispatch of your order, so please check with our office
for details and allow extra time for delivery.

France, Germany, Gilbrator, Greece, Hong Kong, Irish Republic, Italy, Luxembourg,
Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

we will let you know the shipping costs & delivery time

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch & Solo debit cards. Cheques should
be denominated in Pounds Sterling, drawn on a UK bank card and made payable to Diktron
Stock Status... All items are shipped direct from our factory in
Birmingham. Our stock control System is linked directly to our warehouse so we know
if any item is in stock, low on stock or out of stock.
Order Tracking... You will
be able to track the status of your order from dispatch where you will be given the
delivery tracking number so you can track it on Business Post, Parcel Force / Royal
Mail web site.
Credit Card Safety...
Ref to our PCI DSS Compliance Polyicy, certificate No 5E62-C901-A391-D4FD In the
event of unauthorized use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your credit
or debit card issuer in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Orders If your order credit / debit card is declined we will always contact you via
E-mail or phone to check the credit card details are correct. If your order has been
declined for more than 24 hours since we contacted you, our system will not hold
the stock for your order.
Overseas Orders ... We deliver to all the countries, tell us your delivery country
and we will calculate the appropriate postage cost. All orders delivered to international
addresses can take 3 - 14 working days. Please note that when you pay with a credit
card you will be charged in Pounds Sterling and your credit card will be debited
in your own currency. The actual exchange rate used for the transaction (and thus
the final amount in your local currency) will be determined by your credit card company.
Complaints... We welcome all feedback about our service and we aim to deal with any
problems or difficulties experienced by our customers both quickly and fairly. If
you feel you have a complaint you wish to make please e-mail us at email@example.com

returns and refunds policy which means that most queries can be resolved quickly
and easily over the phone. For issues that cannot be resolved immediately we will
respond within 24 hours either resolving your complaint or with an expected timescale
for resolution of the issue.
Returns & Refunds... We believe that you will be delighted
with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return
an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect
your statutory rights. To return an item, simply contact us by E Mail or telephone
to obtain an returns note number number.
New accounts... A Customer wishing to open
a credit account must furnish such information as may be requested by the Company
and the Company may make a search with a credit reference agency. The Company reserves
the right in its absolute discretion to grant, refuse or discontinue any credit facilities
or reduce or suspend any credit limit at any time.
Export... The Customer is responsible
at its own expense for obtaining any licence and complying with any export regulations
Payment... Payment is due not later than the end of the month following the month
of dispatch, If the Customer fails to make payment by the due date then, without prejudice
to any other right or remedy, the Company shall be entitled to: cancel the order
or suspend any further deliveries or performance;
Faulty Goods... If you receive an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order
or for any other reason which is our fault, Please contact us by telephone on +44(0)
121 382 4938. In the event of you faulty goods to us we will also pay you the cost
of the return postage and we will also advise you how to send the item back to us.
We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded),
or Parcel Force but occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service.
Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to
process the refund for your return postage costs.

they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method

What do we do with the information we collect ? We use your order
information to process and dispatch your order. We rarely need to phone you, but
having your number enables us to contact you urgently if there is a delivery or card
authorisation problem. For some international deliveries, it is a requirement of
the carrier to have a contact phone number before accepting the shipment.
