Most orders placed before 1:00pm (Monday-Thurday) are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and security checks. Orders placed outside of this time are processed the following working day.
Please note that with Custom designed products there may be a  delay in the dispatch of your order, so please check with our office for details and allow extra time for delivery.

Cheques should be denominated in Pounds Sterling, drawn on a UK bank card and made payable to Diktron Developments LTD

Stock Status...
All items are shipped direct from our factory in Birmingham.
Our stock control System is linked directly to our warehouse so we know if any item is in stock, low on stock or out of stock.

Order Tracking...
You will be able to track the status of your order from dispatch where you will be given the delivery tracking number so you can track it on Business Post, Parcel Force / Royal Mail web site.

Credit Card Safety...

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your credit or debit card issuer in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Declined Orders
If your order credit / debit card is declined we will always contact you
via E-mail or phone to check the credit card details are correct.
If your order has been declined for more than 24 hours since we contacted you,
our system will not hold the stock for your order.
 

Overseas Orders ...
We deliver to all the countries, tell us your delivery country and we will calculate the appropriate postage cost.
All orders delivered to international addresses can take 3 - 14 working days.
Please note that when you pay with a credit card you will be charged in Pounds Sterling and your credit card will be debited in your own currency. The actual exchange rate used for the transaction (and thus the final amount in your local currency) will be determined by your credit card company.

Complaints...
We welcome all feedback about our service and we aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced by our customers both quickly and fairly.

We have a simple but comprehensive returns and refunds policy which means that most queries can be resolved quickly and easily over the phone. For issues that cannot be resolved immediately we will respond within 24 hours either resolving your complaint or with an expected timescale for resolution of the issue.

Returns & Refunds...
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
To return an item, simply contact us by E Mail or telephone to obtain an returns note number number.

New accounts...
A Customer wishing to open a credit account must furnish such information as may be requested by the Company and the Company may make a search with a credit reference agency. The Company reserves the right in its absolute discretion to grant, refuse or discontinue any credit facilities or reduce or suspend any credit limit at any time.

Export...
The Customer is responsible at its own expense for obtaining any licence and complying with any export regulations in force.
 

Payment...
Payment is due not later than the end of the month following the month of dispatch,
If the Customer fails to make payment by the due date then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy, the Company shall be entitled to: cancel the order or suspend any further deliveries or performance;

Faulty Goods...
If you receive an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, Please contact us by telephone on +44(0) 121 382 4938.
In the event of you faulty goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage and we will also advise you how to send the item back to us.
We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded), or Parcel Force but occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).

Privacy Policy...
What information do we collect ?
When you place an order we collect your name, E-mail address, delivery address, phone number no credit card information is retained.

It is our policy never to sell or pass your name and address, phone number etc., on to any other organisations. Your details are confidential and you will never receive any unsolicited mail as a result of ordering from Diktron Developments Ltd.

What do we do with the information we collect ?
We use your order information to process and dispatch your order.
We rarely need to phone you, but having your number enables us to contact you urgently if there is a delivery or card authorisation problem.
For some international deliveries, it is a requirement of the carrier to have a contact phone number before accepting the shipment.
