The Sound Of Safety
Multiple Build options: Automatic motion sensing or Non Automatic ( manual button
operation) Manual Button: instant or 2 second delay with tone.
Evacution Buttion :
The optional evacuation whistle feature simulates the sound of the Acme Thunderer
whistle, and has a sequence of three blasts every 20 seconds.
Duration timer : After
fifteen minutes it emits 5 low intensity bleeps, look at your gauge, from this time
on the unit will emit 5 bleeps every 5 minutes infinite. This function will of course
be overridden by the distress mode and zeroed by replacing the on/off key.
alarm: The temperature sensor is mounted on the PCB inside the case and it is there
to monitor the internal temperature of the electronic components, The temperature
sensor will operate if the temperature inside the unit exceeds 70-80 degrees centigrade,
however due to the thermal propagation through the case it may take some time for
the unit to activate and warn the user to have the unit serviced.
Please be aware
that this is not meant to be a life saving feature.
Colour : Grey or yellow

The DSX -TX Lone Worker Alarm is ideal where users have to work alone. The DSX-TX
unit will automatically emit an alarm and transmit the units identification to the
receiver should the wearer be rendered unconscious or trapped. A new concept in Distress
Signal design, with many options to suit individual needs, the unit is built with
the wearer in mind and will accommodate fixing to all B.A. sets. Made to a high specification
and backed by the Diktron name, a name with standards you have come to expect and
depend on. * Highly Secure Keeloq Protocol. * provide an unprecedented level of security
which prevents copying or grabbing whist also obtaining the optimum range from the
transmitter and receiver * Up to 4 DSX _TX lone workers per receiver Basic model and
16 on Advanced model * Compliant with European EN 300 220 standard. * Utilizes UHF
FM-narrow band transmitter with PLL controlled oscillator for high frequency stability.
* “free to air” systems where neither the supplier nor the user has to pay a transmitting
licence fee unlike paging companies and mobile services providers.
* CONTINUOUS LOCATION FLASHES. * MANUAL ALARM-IMMEDIATE OR "TONE DELAY". * MOVEMENT
DETECTOR. ...PRE-ALARM AFTER 30 SECONDS. ...FULL ALARM 102 to 112 Leq (30s)dB(A). ...RED

The DSX-RX receiver will then monitor for a signal from the DSX-TX units listed on
the rear label. If a signal is received the display will indicate which DSX-TX unit
is transmitting, and weather this is a ‘ out of range’ indication’ or a ‘Man Down’
signal. If a unit is ‘out of range’ the Yellow led will illuminate until the unit
is back in range or logged off. If a ‘Man down’ is received the LCD display and RED
LED will illuminate and the sounder will start. The sounder can be cancelled by pressing
the mute button. If the Low Battery LED turns on the battery is low and should be
LOG OUT: Press this and the screen displays ’log out user’ if you press ’NO’ the
screen moves to the next user. Pressing ‘YES’ logs out that user. Warning: If you
log off a DSXTX and have not switched the DSX-TX off then the next signal the DSX-TX
sends will log it back on again. MUTE: When a DSXRX is in alarm mode use this button
to stop the DSXRX siren. YES & NO: these buttons are used to Acknowledge prompts
from the DSXRX.
